Adults

The transition from childhood to adulthood is often overwhelming. You are navigating between the safety of home and the excitement of freedom. You are making decisions that will shape your future, pushing boundaries, questioning your parents’ decisions, and making your own. But the uncertainty that can be daunting also makes this time particularly exciting. I built my career working with teens (age 13+) and young adults and I am always honored to be granted the opportunity to participate in the process. 

New Moms and Dads (Individual)

As a mother myself, I am passionate about supporting new parents in the perinatal period. 1 in 5-7 women and 1 in 10 men experience a postpartum mood disorder and yet it remains a taboo subject.  Every aspect of your life changes when a baby is born and while much of it is beautiful, much of it is messy, overwhelming, and scary. You are not alone. In December 2025 I became certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International to be a voice of validation, a source of social and logistical resources, and a place of safety as you navigate pregnancy and postpartum journey.

New/Expecting Parents (Couples)

Nothing throws a grenade into a well-functioning relationship like a new baby. Sleep deprivation, score-keeping, increased mental load, feelings of insecurity, and individual mental health challenges can pull us apart when we most need to lean into one another. It can feel impossible to prioritize your relationship while surviving parenthood, but if your goal is to thrive in parenthood, the partnership must be fostered. Couples work is meant to focus on rebuilding communication and redefining your relationship  within the context of your new reality.
